WTH!!

Got this piece of nonsensical news from Dato' about form that grower
need to declare for m'sian species that they have. need to list out all
the spp and once submited, jabatan perhilitan/hutan akan datang pantau.
dont mind if for nursery or commercial grower, but for hobbyist...?
what a brilliant idea from great ppl in the ministry!!

i might as well list out all the spp in m'sia and submit. if they come
i will told them banyak dah mati lor. yang tinggal pon bukan beli tapi
tumbuh sendiri...haha.

cant figure the logic behind this moves. are they trying to catch ppl
for illegally buying/importing/exporting control spp that were listed
under CITES? or they want to catch the hobbyist for destroying hutan
dara for a few cutting of an orchid? get real....if the move is related
to enviromental issue than they should go for plantation or logging com
that destroyed hundred acres of green for their pocket not us la.

....tho not much, we do our part to conserve the nature at least at our own backyard.
rather than make life diff for us we shld be given allowance instead!!
ingat senangke nak mem-baja etc to make the world greener. we're doing
this not for us, but for the next generation...:)...whatever it is, this
silly idea wont affect us abit.

Catasectum Susan Fuch. a hybrid, no idea whats the mother plants.
fragrant, ada bau cengkih. once the bulb mature, sure flower one. thats why i like catasetum.
